Stator for Camshaft Adjuster

This stator without sprocket is part of the hydraulic camshaft adjuster and serves as a housing. In this design, the stator is installed with the locking disc - as a similar design on both the intake and exhaust side. Our high-quality solution combines the requirements of cost-effective production in very high volumes with compliance with demanding safety and quality standards. As a specialist in sintering technology, we are able to develop individual solutions as a modular variant - thus achieving standardization of the stator for different customer requirements. This in turn enables execution in high volumes at very low cost.
