The low thermal coefficient of expansion of Aluminium Graphite makes base plates, coolers and other components compatible with conventional substrates, such as ceramic circuit carriers (DBC, i.e. direct-bonded copper). This makes Aluminium Graphite especially suitable for high-reliability applications.
