OptoSight leverages state-of-the-art generative AI combined with machine-specific information. Even the smallest deviations are detected immediately, and tailored corrective actions are suggested – ensuring even greater reliability in fine and precision optics production. 

Another highlight of OptoSight is the integrated AI assistant, which communicates with users via an intuitive chat interface. It answers questions, provides concrete troubleshooting solutions, and automatically supplies relevant service documents and operating manuals. 
Complex malfunctions can thus be resolved independently – quickly, easily, and efficiently. 

In addition, an integrated ticket system allows users to submit service requests and track their processing status transparently at any time. 

The OptoSight dashboard provides a centralized overview of the operating status of all connected machines. Users can access all available features, including remote service capabilities. 

Thanks to secure cloud connections, OptoTech service technicians can access machines and control technology as needed – fully compliant with the IEC 62443 cybersecurity standard. 

OptoSight was deliberately developed as an open digital ecosystem: the software can be connected not only to OptoTech machines but also to third-party equipment.
