Purification
Schunk Xycarb Technology has in-house industry best-in-class graphite purification capabilities. The process utilized is an advanced ultrasonic wet clean process followed by a high temperature thermal chemical purification process.
The resulting purity in ppm levels of the Graphite is industry low benchmark in ash and metallic content.
Schunk Xycarb Technology uses a GD MS analysis method to conduct ppm purity level measurements. Customers have the option to request a purity analysis report.
